Using the website
You may use the website for lawful purposes and to learn about or enquire into Clicksable’s services. You agree not to disrupt the website, probe or bypass its security, introduce malicious code, misuse another person’s information, or use the site in a way that violates applicable law.
Project forms and generated reports
Information you submit should be accurate and relevant to your request. The Creator Blueprint and AI Visibility Starting Brief are automated, general starting points generated from the details you provide. The business brief is not a live scan or measured visibility check across AI platforms. AI-generated content can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. It is not legal, financial, or other professional advice, and it is not a guarantee of revenue, search ranking, citation, or business results. Review it independently before relying on it.
Submitting a form does not create a client relationship or require either party to buy or provide services. Any paid engagement, deliverables, fees, and timelines will be set out in a separate written proposal or agreement.
Creator Reward portal
Portal access may require an account. Keep your credentials private and tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. Campaigns, eligibility, submission rules, rewards, and payout conditions may be described in the portal or in separate campaign terms; those specific terms apply to the relevant campaign.
Content and intellectual property
The website’s design, branding, text, graphics, and software belong to Clicksable or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, publish, sell, or create a derivative service from these materials without permission, except where the law allows it.
You retain responsibility for content and information you submit and confirm that you have the right to provide it. You allow Clicksable to use that information to respond to your enquiry, operate requested features, and generate the report you asked for, as described in the Privacy Notice.
Third-party services
The website may rely on or link to services operated by third parties. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Clicksable is not responsible for third-party services that it does not operate.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the website available, but we cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, the website and automated reports are provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Clicksable is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or reliance on an automated report. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms as the website or services change. The date above shows the latest revision. Applicable law and any mandatory consumer protections continue to apply. A separate signed service agreement may set additional terms for a specific engagement.
